Billing and subscription

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple. To cancel or change your plan, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or open Apple subscription management.

For billing disputes, contact Apple Support directly. We cannot issue refunds on Apple’s behalf.

Privacy and data deletion

To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email support@zulumethod.app with subject “Data deletion request” and include your feedback case reference if you have one.

Response time

We aim to reply within 3 business days. Response times may be longer during app review or holiday periods.
