By using Zulu Method you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Zulu Method provides informational fitness planning and logging tools, and an optional AI-powered coaching assistant. It is not a medical service, does not provide diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional supervision.
Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for choosing training appropriate to your abilities, stopping if you experience pain or distress, and consulting a qualified clinician before beginning any new exercise program. Zulu Method cannot determine whether exercise is safe for you specifically.
If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, or other urgent symptoms, stop exercising immediately and contact emergency services.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.
The AI Coach provides general fitness information and program suggestions. Responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your specific situation. Always apply your own judgment and consult a professional for individualized advice.
You retain ownership of content you create in the app (workout logs, notes). By sending messages to the AI Coach you grant us a limited license to process those messages to generate a response.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zulu Method is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
