By downloading or using Zulu Method (“the app”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Zulu Method provides informational fitness planning and logging tools and an optional AI-powered coaching assistant. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice or diagnoses, and is not a substitute for professional supervision.
Exercise carries inherent risk. You are responsible for choosing training appropriate to your abilities, stopping if you experience pain or distress, and consulting a qualified clinician before beginning any new exercise program. Zulu Method cannot determine whether exercise is safe for you specifically. If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, fainting, or other urgent symptoms, stop exercising immediately and contact emergency services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.
Subscriptions are sold and billed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel in Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The AI Coach provides general fitness information and program suggestions. Responses may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation. Always apply your own judgment and consult a professional for individualized advice.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
You retain ownership of content you create in the app (such as workout logs and notes). By sending messages to the AI Coach, you grant us a limited license to process those messages solely to generate a response.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zulu Method is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from use of the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your place of residence.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date above.
